CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE TO CHECKOUT WITH A $1.98 RE: DO FEE THAT ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO HAVE UNLIMITED RETURNS ON THAT SPECIFIC ORDER FOR FREE IF ANY ITEM OR ITEMS DO NOT WORK OUT. CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE TO NOT ADD THE FEE TO AN ORDER AND RETURN IT THROUGH THE PORTAL BY PURCHASING A DISCOUNTED SHIPPING RATE LABEL.

- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed, and be free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
- If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery/order date.
- We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.
Follow these instructions for online returns:
- Check the return policy to make sure the merchandise is in return quality.
- Login with the link above to begin your return.
- Once approved - a Return Label will be sent to the customer at the email provided. The customer then must package and ship the package to the following address:
- Send your returned package to our store at 104 East High St. Hicksville, Ohio 43526
- Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, your request will be processed and an IN-STORE credit will be emailed.
The Rooted Shoppe does not do online exchanges. If you live near our store, please bring in your order to complete an in-store exchange for store credit, exchange in product, or a gift card.
For online orders - we process returns for in-store credit where you will then be able to repurchase your item for the correct size.
Any cancellations after an order has been place will result in a 10% restocking fee. All fees and processing fees that are paid for by Rooted must be collected during the cancelation process.
