- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
- If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery/order date.
- We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.
Follow these instructions for online returns:
- Check return policy to make sure merchandise is in return quality.
- Print out our Return Form and fill out to include with your return. You can also email the form to email@example.com.
- Download our Return Form here.
- The Rooted Shoppe does not pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Send your returned package to our store at: 104 East High St. Hicksville, Ohio 43526
- Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, your request will be processed and a in store credit will be emailed.
The Rooted Shoppe does not do online exchanges. If you live near our store, please bring in your order to complete an in store exchange for store credit, exchange in product, or a gift card.
For online orders - we process returns for in store credit where you will then be able to repurchase you item for a correct size.
