Return Policy
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
- If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact therootedshoppe@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery/order date.
- We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.

If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. Wrong Address Disclaimer
