Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact therootedshoppe@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery/order date.
We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.

Print out our Return Form and fill out to include with your return. You can also email the form to therootedshoppe@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, your request will be processed and a in store credit will be emailed.

EXCHANGES

The Rooted Shoppe does not do online exchanges. If you live near our store, please bring in your order to complete an in store exchange for store credit, exchange in product, or a gift card.

For online orders - we process returns for in store credit where you will then be able to repurchase you item for a correct size.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show.
