All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact email@example.com within 3 days of delivery/order date.
We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.

Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, your request will be processed and a IN STORE credit will be emailed.
The Rooted Shoppe does not do online exchanges. If you live near our store, please bring in your order to complete an in store exchange for store credit, exchange in product, or a gift card.
For online orders - we process returns for in store credit where you will then be able to repurchase you item for a correct size.

We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
