Return Policy
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains. Items that appear to have stains, makeup, or worn will NOT be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense.
- If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact therootedshoppe@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery/order date.
- We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.
